Calculation Standard:

All commissions (5%) and rebates (2%) are based on net product payment. Shipping fees are excluded.

Article 1: Nature of Cooperation | 第一条：合作性质
The Patron is an independent promotion service provider, not an employee or agent of THEMIS. | Patron 为独立推广服务提供方，并非 THEMIS 的员工或代理人。

Article 2: Reward Basis | 第二条：奖励基准
All rewards (5% Commission / 2% Rebate) are calculated on the net goods price (Excluding Shipping & Points). | 所有奖励均以商品净实付金额（剔除运费与抵扣部分）为计算基准。

Article 3: T+14 Cooling Period | 第三条：T+14 冷静期
Rewards remain "Pending" for 14 days after delivery. Funds move to "Available" only after the return window closes. | 佣金在订单送达后进入 14 天冷静期。期满无退款后转为可用余额。

Article 4: Liability Decoupling | 第四条：责任解耦
After the T+14 period, THEMIS assumes full responsibility for product quality. Patrons have zero liability for consumer disputes. | T+14 冷静期届满后，商品质量责任由平台全额承担。Patron 无需承担任何连带责任。

Article 5: Usage of Patron Code | 第五条：Patron 码使用
Public sharing of codes is encouraged. However, selling or transferring account control is strictly prohibited. | 鼓励公开分享邀请码。但严禁出售或转让账号控制权、提现权。

Article 6: Performance Review | 第六条：业绩考核
Pioneer Patrons with zero referrals for 30 consecutive days will be downgraded to Community status. | Pioneer 级别如连续 30 天零推广，将降级为 Community 级别。

Article 7: Payout Verification | 第七条：提现验证
Withdrawals require real-name verification and biometric/security confirmation. | 提现需完成实名认证，并配合进行生物特征或安全验证。
